Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time refers to the preparation of the order prior to shipment.

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

At this time, Queen B’s Herbal Teas & More ships within the United States only.

International shipping is not currently available. Customers may subscribe to the newsletter for updates regarding future international shipping options.
