Our blends are freshest within 12 months when stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. For best flavor and potency, keep the packaging tightly sealed or store herbs in an airtight glass jar.

Most of our loose-leaf teas use 1 tsp per cup of hot water. Steep for 5-7 minutes for a light flavor or up to 10 minutes for a fuller infusion. Add honey, agave, or lemon to taste-and always sip with intention. 

Absolutely. You can alternate or combine blends based on your needs-for example, a morning energy tea and a calming evening tea. Listen to your body and give yourself rest days if needed.

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $75. 

Orders over $75 shipping rates are calculated based on your ZIP code and order weight. You’ll see the exact cost at checkout before completing your order.

Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via USPS. 

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is on its way.

Due to the nature of herbal and handmade wellness products, we cannot accept items for return. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email queenbherbals@outlook.com within 2 days of delivery, and we will make it right.

We’re so sorry that happened. Please take photos of the exterior of the shipping box and the damaged product, then email the pictures and your order number to queenbherbals@outlook.com within 2-days of delivery. 

Once our claims department completes its review, we’ll replace the damaged products or issue a store credit promptly.
