Contains: Vitamin A, B-Complex, C, D, E, K, calcium, copper, fiber, iron, magnesium, manganese, omega-3-6, phosphorus, quercetin, selenium, sodium, zinc.

Directions: 1 tablespoon may serve up to 3 cups per serving. Steep 5-10 minutes. Drink 1-3 cups daily. Suggestions: For best results morning, afternoon & evening. Also, if you squeeze a dash of citrus juice, it will turn the blue hue to a purple hue and add a sweetener of choice to enhance flavor if desired.
