Directions: Wash Irish Moss multiple times in spring water until water is clear of debris. Place clean Irish Moss in a bowl and cover with spring water and soak up to 8 hours in the refrigerator. The Sea Moss will absorb the water and the texture will be softened, add the Sea Moss to a blender and add an equal amount of water and blend to a creamy gel texture. Place in a mason jar and keep refrigerate. Discard after the fourth week. Take one teaspoon daily or add to smoothies, water, juice, teas or soups.

Precautions: It is important to know your Thyroid health status. This product is rich in Iodine which could be harmful to your health if you suffer from Hyperthyroidism or other illnesses.
