Lemon Iced-Tea is a refreshing and soothing beverage and some of the benefits are:

Directions: 1 tablespoon per serving may serve up to 3 cups. Boil water, add tea and let it steep until cooled down and add sweetener of your choice, fresh mint leaf, sliced lemons and pour over ice.
