Directions: 2 Serving size will make to 2-(16 oz mason jars). Wash Irish Moss multiple times in spring water until water is clear of debris. Place clean Irish Moss in a bowl and cover with spring water and soak up to 12-24 hours in the refrigerator. The Sea Moss will absorb the water, and the texture will be softened, add the Sea Moss to a blender and add 1-1.5 cup spring water at a time, blend to a creamy gel texture. Place in a mason jar and keep refrigerate. Discard after the fourth week. Suggestions: Take 1-2 tablespoon daily or add to smoothies, water, juice, teas or soups.
