Directions: 1 tablespoon per serving may serve up to 3-6 cups. Steep 5-10 minutes. Drink 1-3 cups daily. Suggestions: Add a splash of citrus and the blue hue will turn to a purple hue. Add honey or agave if desired. Butterfly Pea can also be used as a base for mocktails and used as a dye for pastries and pasta.
