Ingredients: Eucalyptus, Thyme, Sage, Yarrow, Peppermint, Pink Sea Salt, Menthol Crystals, Camphor.

Directions:

1. Preparation: Add 2 ounces of the blend to a heatproof bowl, may get up to 2 steams by reheating.
2. Brewing: Pour boiling water over the blend, allowing the steam to rise.
3. Steam Inhalation: Cover your head with a towel, lean over the bowl (Be careful no skin contact), and breathe deeply for 5-10 minutes.

Suggestions: Natural Air Freshener add 1 ounce to a boiling pot of water for 5 minutes and turn off and let stand on the stove to freshen the air throughout your house.
