REFUND & RETURN POLICY AGREEMENT

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of herbal, consumable, and handmade wellness products, all sales are final.

Queen B’s Herbal Teas & More does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 2 days of delivery to be eligible for resolution.

To submit a claim, customers must email queenbherbals@outlook.com and include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the exterior shipping box
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product

Resolution

Once the claim has been reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement product will be issued or
  • A store credit will be provided, depending on availability

Claims submitted after 2 days from delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
